✅ Role & Responsibilities
Your core role will be to ensure the comprehensive and timely service support for the company's digital printing machines installed at client sites throughout Bulgaria.
✅ Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosis and Repair: Performing detailed diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of digital printing equipment.
- Technical Support: Providing service support both remotely and on-site at the client's premises.
- Client Competitiveness: Successful execution of these duties is directly linked to guaranteeing high machine uptime and maintaining the competitive advantage of the clients' digital printing operations.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Education: Technical Education (or equivalent qualification).
- Mobility: Active driver with a valid driving license (Category B).
- Language Skills: Proficient working knowledge of the English language.
✅ Advantages:
- Industry Experience: Experience in the polygraphy/printing industry or within companies operating similar high-tech equipment.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding and knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanics.
- Operational Experience: Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a printing house is considered a significant asset.
