RESPONSIBILITY:

• Active participation in creating department strategy and supervision of its realization

• Building and effective management of subordinated team

• Control and optimization of key operational processes

• Responsibility for budget realisation and costs optimization

• Reporting and close cooperation with Top Management of Capital Group

• Supervision over the circulation of documents and internal information
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in team or office management (preferably in Call Centre or Customer Service filed)

• Higher education in Economy, Finance, Accounting, Administration, Management or related

• Very good command of the English language (B2) Advanced computer skills in terms of MS Office

• Good organizational, planning and delegation of tasks skills

• Engagement and independence
