EXPERIENCED TEAM LEADER
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Active participation in creating department strategy and supervision of its
realization
- Building and effective management of subordinated team
- Control and optimization of key operational processes
- Responsibility for budget realisation and costs optimization
- Reporting and close cooperation with Top Management of Capital Group
- Supervision over the circulation of documents and internal information
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in team or office management (preferably in Call
Centre or Customer Service filed)
- Higher education in Economy, Finance, Accounting, Administration,
Management or related
- Very good command of the English language (B2)
Advanced computer skills in terms of MS Office
- Good organizational, planning and delegation of tasks skills
- Engagement and independence
