Main responsibilities:
• Answer to customer queries in timely and professional manner;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Manage communication with customers mainly by phone;
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
• Maintain system documentation.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher);
• Effortless understanding of the various dialects in the British English language;
• Good listener;
• Fast and efficient in working with a computer;
• Calm and balanced person, does not get nervous easily;
• Phone experience is an advantage;
• Previous work in an English-speaking country is an advantage;
• Interest or knowledge in sports is an advantage.
