Main responsibilities:

• fills in, systematizes, scans, arranges and stores project documents;
• fills in and processes supporting documents and other financial documents;
• systematizes and stores photos and video files on projects;
• other administrative obligations.
The technical assistant will work directly with the financial and administrative team, as well as with the project managers.

Requirements:
• Education in business administration, finance or other relevant. Completed higher education is an advantage;
• Written and spoken English language proficiency level C 1 - priority is given to candidates with a certificate of English language proficiency CAE or similar, as well as candidates who have graduated from an English high school;
• Excellent computer literacy - MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point; Internet;
• Very good organizational skills as well as communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a dynamic environment.

Personal qualities:
• Good organization skills;
• Accuracy and attention to detail in performing the assigned tasks;
• Ability to solve problems - flexibility of thought, logical and non-standard thinking;
• Ability to work purposefully, to show initiative, as well as to have the desire to acquire new knowledge and skills on a daily basis;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Confidentiality.
