- Very good level of the primary languages.

- Previous working experience with technologies like SharePoint, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Windows OS, Skype for Business, Office 2016 will be considered as an advantage.

- At least 1 year of working experience in technical/customer support environment.

- Proactive attitude together with exceptional soft skills.

- Communicating with customers through various channels.

- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
