We at LRC Bulgaria, the local subsidiary of ALTIDO, are enlarging our team in Varna and open a new vacancy for a Housekeeping Coordinator with a focus on the UK market. It is a full-time position, working time is 10 am - 7 pm, work on rotation, incl. weekends. The position is open from Jan 2022.

This is a cross-departmental role that suits a willing, patient and understanding individual with previous hospitality experience.

As a Housekeeping coordinator, you need to understand the human needs behind the business needs. You will work alongside with Reservations and Operations teams to provide world-class customer service. The role requires communication with housekeepers and HK supervisors in house and third parties; addressing situations, preventing or inhibiting our utmost performance; addressing guest or owner complaints with an actionable solution. The HK coordinator reports to the UK Housekeeping manager, based in Bulgaria.

More detailed you are to:
• Coordinate remotely a team of housekeepers (HK) for the UK market – England and Scotland
• Order linens with our suppliers
• Assist the UK HK manager with season’s plans
• Schedule the HK tasks as per guests’ arrival and departure
• Work closely with HK supervisor on administrative tasks such as reporting, updating cleaning instructions, setting prices on cleaning services
• Coordinate quarterly HK meetings

Your goal is to ensure the property is spotless prior to guests’ arrival. The company’s goal is to turn the guest into an ALTIDO ambassador who will post а “Thank you very much” review.
Your success is to be measured by a cleaning review score from our guests.
