Travel Advisor with Dutch


Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up and manage order related requests;
• Provide general support to the clients via chat and email regarding the customer inquiries;
• Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments.

Job requirements:

• Excellent level of Dutch (C1 Level);
• Working level of English;
