For one of our clients – a solution provider in the area of managing customer experience –
we are searching for home-loving, friendly and motivated people for the role of Call Center
Agent with Greek, Turkish or Romanian – Remote Shifts.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering support for the customers via chat and email;
* Taking note of the problems and issues the customers face;
* Being professional and polite during while communicating.
* Providing correct solutions and making them understandable for the customer;
* Making sure that customer’s issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
Requirements:
* Great Greek, Turkish or Romanian language skills are important;
* Good fluency in English;
* Friendly attitude and focus on the customers’ experience;
* Commitment to improving language and personal skills;
* Flexibility to work on shifts.
