Job description:

Key duties and responsibilities:

- order processing

- meetings organization and support

- secretariat support and all other office and administration activities

- managing inventory management program (e.g. WinLine)

- providing regular weekly and monthly reporting

Conditions:

If you own:

- university diploma

- developed communication and presentation skills

- excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken

- German will be considered as an advantage

- computer skills (Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel)

- category B driving licence

- willingness to constantly learn
