B2B Client Service Agent with German

Main Responsibilities:

• Follow up and manage order related requests;
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
• Respond in a prompt way to partners' requests (by email and phone);
• Identifying common problems and escalating the serious complaints to the higher levels.

• Excellent level of German (C1 Level);
