Plant Manager

The Lotto-Stonefly Group manages a collection of brands that offers products ranging from competitive sports to activewear, from lifestyle to fashion.

Stonefly, a leading Italian company in the footwear production, is looking for a Plant Manager for its production plant in Karlovo,in the Plovdiv region of Bulgaria.

The Candidate reports to the Group Head of Operations located in Italy and he/she is responsible for the production process according to the plans defined by the HQ.

Main activities:

• Plan the production process respecting the quantity, quality and timeliness of the result
• Organize, train and guide the workforce
• Monitor and evaluate the work results
• Manage the supplier relations and logistic activities
• Plan the machinery and building maintenance
• Provide accurate and timely reports

Successful candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in the same role (The experience in the footwear industry is a plus)
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English.(Italian is a plus)
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite.
