Tasks:

· In charge of communicating with customer quality department, leading of problem solving during the mass production phase.

· Prepares 8D Report for the customers.

· Define with the team the corrective and preventive measures and follows up them

· Prepares the detailed plans, methods, timing and quantities in order to check the quality of products

· Moderates a Quality circle

· Follows up support continuous improvement

· Checks the 5S standards

· Participates in creating and changing Control Plan and FMEA

· Conducts internal audits for the production process

· Oversees implementing in production technology line and processes



Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in a Technical field is a must

· At least 2 years professional experience at a similar position in production field (automotive or electronics manufacturing is an advantage)

· Experience with IATF16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001

· Knowledge of Quality tools and methodologies

· Computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP is an advantage

· Advanced knowledge of English; German is considered as an advantage

· Teamwork skills, good communication skills

· Problem solving skills, goal orientation

· Dynamic person with high commitment
