Main Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in problem-solving to customers (via email or chat);
- Provide friendly and prompt responses to gamers/ users;
- Working with response templates according to the company's guidelines;
- Supporting customers and business partners regarding company services;

Job requirements:
- Excellent level of Italian (B2/C1);
- Fluent level of English (B2);
