What you’ll be doing:

• Communicating with customer quality department
• Leading of problem solving during the mass production phase
• Preparing of 8D reports for the customers
• Define with the team the corrective and preventive measures and follows up them.
• Preparing the detailed plans, methods, timing and quantities in order to check the quality of products
• Moderating a Quality circle
• Follows up support continuous improvement.
• Checks the 5S standards.
• Participates in creating and changing Control Plan and FMEA.
• Conducts internal audits for the production process.
• Oversees implementing in production technology line and processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor degree in a Technical field is a must
• At least 2 years of experience at a similar position in production field (automotive or electronics manufacturing is an advantage)
• Experience with IATF16949, ISO 14001
• Knowledge of Quality tools and methodologies
• Computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of English; German is considered as an advantage
• Teamwork skills, good communication skills
• Problem solving skills, goal orientation
• Dynamic person with high commitment
