Chat and Email Consultant with Italian

Main responsibilities:

• Communicate with B2B/ B2C clients via non-voice channels;
• Coordinate arrangements and projects;
• Register all communications and take action in the systems provided by the company.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Italian (C1);
