We are currently looking for one of our clients – fast growing company, with major markets in Western Europe, a highly motivated professional for the position of:

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

In this role you will:
- Prepare annual financial statements;
- Performs monthly reviews and analysis of the financial statements and presenting them to the management;
- Submit all statistical reporting: VAT, Intrastat and other requirements from local authorities;
- Actively participate in the overall payroll process;
- Prepare, process, and track all documents related to the conclusion, amendments, and termination of employment agreements;
- Ensure that all finance and accounting transactions are timely and correctly executed;
- Generate ideas for cost optimization and prepere finance analyzes;
- Continuously improve the service level and efficiency of the accounting and finance process;
- Have to be able to delegate operational tasks to the accountant.

Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related;
- Experience in international company with high standarts and good practices;
- Experience working with cost accounting, preparation of financial statements;
- Proficient in English;
- Experience with compensation and benefits accounting.
