Quality Assurance Engineer

Main responsibilities:


* Quality contact point for OEM customer relations
* Take actions for all the quality problems that occur during the product life;
a) Problem solving approaches (8D, Fishbone, 5Why is must)
b) PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA knowledge is advantage
* Managing & Reporting Rework&Sorting activities
* Following&Reporting Internal&OEM targets.
* Coordinating Customer Audits & Customer Plant visits
* Managing analyses of warranty parts and Technical factor agreements with customers
* Perform Process audits according to customer requirements and SP requirements
* Working on control plans

Required education and qualification:

- Bachelor(Masters) degree in - mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial management
- excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
- English – very good level – written and spoken
- Handling of technical documentation
- SAP/Minitab usage , ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor Certificate , VDA 6.3 Process Auditor Certificas are advantage

Personal and professional qualities:
- Ability to work in team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a manufacturing plant as well as experience in the automotive industry will be considered an asset
