Currently we are looking to employ for our facility in Sofia a qualified professional for the position of

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Create and manage all QA processes, procedures, documentation and know-how within Fox Laser EOOD
• Implement all of the abovementioned stages in QA system;
• Establish, monitor, support and improve the overall QA process
• Participate in the conduct of internal and external audits;
• Establish rules and perform process quality control
• Apply procedures for the management of nonconforming products (claims and others);
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of incoming and outgoing products;

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing QA processes.

• Experience in defining and writing QA documentation, methodologies, processes and procedures, and implementing them;
• Very good level of English – written and spoken;
• Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues;
• Ability to solve problems creatively;
• Deep understanding of the best practices in creating system test scripts, test execution and defect reporting/tracking;
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills;
• Critical thinking and ability to collaborate with a team on urgent issues resolution;
