Модул за защита на батерията за зареждане, разреждане и балансиране Lithium 4S 18650, 40A BMS
Всяка клетка (батерия) има специален контролер на платката, който определя максималното и минималното напрежение на клетката, която управлява.
Когато разликата в напрежението между клетките е по-голяма от 0,1V, токът, подаван на най-заредената, ще бъде разреден през резистора, съответстващ на неговия контролер. По този начин всички клетки ще достигнат прага от 4.2V едновременно. При разреждане те ще направят същото, така че минималното напрежение от 3.2V ще бъде достигнато от всички клетки едновременно.

Note 1: four 10c-20c power batteries or eight 5c-10c power batteries are required to start the drill successfully (recommended power battery models: Sony vtc4, vtc4a, vtc5a, vtc6)
0V and 12.6V connecting wire, use copper wire of more than 3 square mm (nickel sheet is not allowed)
Note 2: wire 0V, 4.2V, 8.4v, 12.6V, 16.8v in strict accordance with the drawing. Do not touch any components on the board when welding wires. Do not short circuit intentionally.
Note 3: when the battery is being welded or charged for the first time, as long as the single battery exceeds 4.2V, the "430" resistance will generate heat and discharge (stop heating when discharging to about 4.19v). If the "430" resistance is too hot to touch, please check whether it is connected to the wrong line.
