Terms of use:
2 rental deposits + 1 rental advance payment.
In case of any damage that is not the tenant's fault, we share the repair cost equally. If it is the tenant's fault, the damage is reimbursed at his expense.
Water and electricity bills are paid by the tenants and receipts are submitted with the rent before the beginning of the month.
