We are a small, open-minded team of individuals with diverse interests. You will work in a non-formal environment, listening to Jazz, Ska, Trip Hop, Reggae, 90s, some Punk, and Classical music. We are looking for someone to fit our team and enjoy working with us. The job position requires the successful candidate to master a variety of abilities and take into account loads of small details, because of that the initial salary is 1900 net, and rises bimonthly proportionally to the candidate\'s performance and responsibilities.

ABC Sofia, in collaboration with Lindons.uk for retail and ABC Maintenance London for repair, specializes in appliance repair and retail services. Operating in London, UK, with our management based in Sofia, Bulgaria, just opposite the Opera House, we are committed to providing a superb customer service experience. Position: Service Manager
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Service Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to grow and thrive in a supportive environment with ample room for personal and professional development.
Requirements:
We believe in potential over experience. While no prior experience is necessary, we require candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Proficiency in English
- Computer skills (including basic software proficiency and internet navigation)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong common sense and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
As our Service Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Corresponding with clients via email, providing estimates, and addressing queries
- Procuring spare parts as needed
- Cultivating relationships with corporate clients
- Assisting our engineering team with their day-to-day tasks
- Coordinating job bookings and logistical arrangements
