For our client, a hotel, we are looking for CHEF DE PARTIE.
What will you do?
- Collaboration in the creation, design and implementation of an interesting menu;
- Purchase, control and storage of goods;
- Induction of new employees and trainees;
- Compliance with legal hygiene regulations (HACCP);
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as Chef de Partie;
- Very good level of German;
