Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and improve our quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customer specific requirements, international industry standards and statutory and regulatory requirements, enhancing product and service quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and customer requirements.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits with regulatory bodies.
Lead and train teams in quality control processes and best practices.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance quality standards.
Manage documentation related to quality processes, certifications, and audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensures availability of necessary resources, such as personnel, tooling, measurement equipment and ergonomically design work stations.
Acts as customer representative for the relevant product groups.
Communicates customer requirements throughout the organization and ensures that these are understood and fulfilled.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a quality management role.
In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and ISO Standards (9001, 14001 and 45001).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detailed knowledge in using Quality Core Tools
Detailed knowledge in designing and maintaining of process risk evaluation documents (FMEA and Control Plan)
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
