Job Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of product and process quality in our operations. The ideal candidate will focus on quality assurance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes to improve product reliability and performance.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Perform audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Analyze quality data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality standards, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Support new product development by ensuring quality standards are met in design and manufacturing processes.
Utilize statistical methods to monitor and improve processes.
Manages / supervises quality inspectors on overall competency, job performance, attendance, etc.)
Participates in third party audits, customer audits and internal audits as and when required.
Is actively involved with the implementation and adherence of the established Business Management System.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in electronic or automotive production
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO Standards (9001, 14001 and 45001)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with knowledge on the use and application of Quality Core Tools.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with quality software and reporting tools.
