Diamond Consult EOOD creates and provides services that enable its clients to be profitable in the constantly changing labor market.
In connection with the increased volume of work of our client, we are looking to hire a:
Business Development Manager – International and Domestic Markets
Location: Main office in Bulgaria, with up to 70% international travel
Markets of focus: France, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and Bulgaria
Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as Business Development Manager – International and Domestic Markets, supporting our expansion across key European territories and strengthening our position on the Bulgarian market. The core focus of the role is identifying new business opportunities, developing a dealer network, maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable growth both internationally and locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the target international and domestic markets
- Build and manage a dealer network across Europe
- Conduct direct sales on the Bulgarian market (or through local dealers)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors
- Represent the company at international trade shows, forums, and commercial events
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and negotiation of commercial terms
- Provide feedback to the team in Bulgaria and adapt offerings to local market needs
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level – written and spoken)
- Knowledge of German or French is a strong advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in international trade, sales, or business development
- Background or knowledge in the mechanical engineering sector is a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70% of working time)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach
