Description:
The wall-mounted thermal power plant is a
device that consumes gaseous fuel, which has the role of transforming the
energy of the gaseous fuel through combustion into thermal energy. This device
operates unattended due to the protection and control systems it is equipped
with. The gas enters the central unit through the gas supply circuit made up of
a connection and a pressure reducer that will adjust to 20 mbar for
G20-subgroups A(L) and A(H). For LPG (subgroups propane and propane-butane
mixtures) the reducer will be adjusted to 37mbar. Thus it reaches the gas
valve, which also has the role of modulating the gas flow at the exit to the
burner. Ignition is achieved by initiating the flame by an ignition electrode,
with the help of an ignition transformer. During combustion, the flame is
detected by means of an ionization sensor. The forced draft variant is equipped
with a fan, which has the role of exhausting the burnt gases. In the initiation
phase, it has the role of evacuating a volume of air to ensure a non-explosive
ignition. Explosive ignition can occur due to a gas build-up from the idle
period. The combustion chamber, in the form of a parallelepiped made of sheet
metal, lined on the inside with ceramic fiber, is designed in such a way as to
allow the transfer to the exchanger with as little heat loss as possible. In
the case of the heating circuit from the version with bitermic heat exchanger,
the heat resulting from the combustion of the gaseous fuel is taken over by the
bitermic heat exchanger and transferred to the heat agent (water) which is
transported through the heating installation by the circulation pump. In the
case of the domestic hot water circuit, the circulation pump does not work and
the heat transfer is done through the bitermic exchanger in this circuit. In
the case of the heating circuit from the version with two heat exchangers, the
heat resulting from the combustion of the gaseous fuel is taken over by the
monothermal heat exchanger and transferred to the heat agent (water) which is transported
through the heating installation by the circulation pump. If a flow of water is
detected on the domestic water circuit by the flow switch, the three-way valve
is activated, which makes the transition from the heating circuit to the short
circuit through the plate heat exchanger (primary of the plate heat exchanger)
and the heat transfer is done through it to the domestic water circuit
(secondary of the plate heat circuit).
