Daikin S256ATRS-W (F256ATRS-W + R256ARS) 8-tatami room, R08: Room air conditioner with cooling, heating, and humidification, RX Series, Urusara X, White (successor to the S255ATRS-W). 2026 model.
The DAIKIN RX Series residential room air conditioner,
a 2026 model, is available from November 2025! This flagship model features
waterless humidification and airflow for comfortable, energy-saving automatic operation . The S256ATRS-W White is suitable for rooms up to 8 tatami mats (approximately 8 sq. m). It also features a built-in wireless LAN adapter. Package Contents: Indoor Unit F256ATRS-W (16 kg) , Outdoor Unit R256ARS (43 kg) , Remote Control ARC472A149 (easy-to-use large-screen remote control ; remote control holder not included ). Indoor power supply: Single-phase 100V 20A, IL-type plug . Key Features: Ururu Humidification (Waterless Humidification*2). By improving operational efficiency when the air conditioner is turned on, it reduces the amount of power consumed until the room temperature stabilizes. ◆Humidity Clean: Powerful dehumidification is performed when no one is present, maintaining a low humidity level in the room for approximately three hours, thereby suppressing mold growth. ◆Automatic Power-Off Prevention: If the sensor cannot detect a person during operation, the unit will operate at a reduced capacity and automatically shut off after the set time has elapsed. ◆Power Select: The air conditioner sets a limit on the current it consumes, controlling power consumption to prevent it from exceeding this limit. ◆Voice Response: The indoor unit will notify you of settings made on the remote control, the operating status, and "notification information" via voice. ◆Room Temperature Patrol
