2. Introduction to the main functions of the product
AD828 op amp pre-amplifier board is of professional-grade audio signal preprocessing solutions, core features include:
high-fidelity amplification: using fever-grade AD828 operational amplifier chip, support 5-10 times gain adjustable, restore audio details and suppress distortion, suitable for HIFI audio, recording equipment and car audio system;
flexible power supply design: single power supply 5V-15V power supply (recommend regulated power supply or battery), compatible with dual power supply mode, simplifying system integration;
plug and play: onboard standard audio input/output interface, no external filter circuit, direct connection of audio source and power amplifier;

3. Product main pin function (hardware interface specification)
power interface
VCC: DC input positive (5V-15V DC), 100 μF electrolytic capacitor + 0.1μF ceramic capacitor shall be in parallel, with ripple peak value <100 mV;
GND: power supply ground, star single point grounding, grounding wire width ≥ 1.5mm, impedance ≤ 0.1 Ω.
audio input interface
L-IN/R-IN: left and right channel analog audio input (supporting 0.5V-2V RMS), input impedance 10 kΩ, 1μF blocking capacitor connected in series to prevent DC offset.
Control and Output Interface
MUTE: mute control (high level = mute, low level = working), suspended by default disabled, external 10 kΩ pull-up resistor is required to enable;
L-OUT/R-OUT: left and right channel audio output (drive capability 50 mA), connected to post-stage power amplifier or speaker, line length ≤ 30cm, twisted pair shielded wire anti-interference.
key design specifications:
The gain adjustment resistor R5/R7 shall be a 1% precision metal film resistor, and the resistance deviation shall be less than or equal to 5% to prevent channel imbalance;
In high gain mode (>8 times), the output is connected in series with a 100Ω resistor to prevent self-oscillation.
