Account manager (B2B)
We are hiring for a fast-growing international company in the bodywear and shapewear sector, serving partners across Western Europe. Their operations team in Varna supports sales, order processing, and customer relationships for multiple markets.
What you will do:
You will be the main contact for B2B clients and sales agents, handling requests and supporting them through the order process.
You will manage wholesale orders and prepare commercial offers.
You will track sales, payments, and commissions and ensure accurate records.
You will coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
You will support account development through upselling and cross-selling.
You will prepare reports and monitor account performance.
What we are looking for:
Experience in sales support, account management, or customer service. International
exposure is a plus.
Strong English communication skills.
Confident Excel user with ERP systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
Proactive mindset and ownership attitude.
