Senior Automation QA Engineer

ITEAM is a Professional Services provider with clear focus expertise on today’s cutting-edge IT technologies.
The project is about a client in the healthcare domain, a global provider of integration solutions for biomedical devices. Their platforms connect, integrate, and analyze medical data, turning it into actionable insights for clinical and operational use.
Job Description:
- Work closely with QA engineers and software developers to define, align, and implement efficient testing approaches for new features and enhancements
- Create, maintain, and review test cases in collaboration with the development team
- Perform manual and automated test executions in line with agreed QA validation processes
- Build and maintain automated test suites using tools and technologies such as Postman, Python, or C#
- Support the planning and execution of integration testing across multiple system components
- Identify, document, and report defects with clear, reproducible steps in the issue tracking system
- Monitor defect progress, verify fixes, and update impact assessments when needed
Requirements:
- At least 5 years proven experience in test automation and working within continuous integration environments
- Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing robust test strategies
- Practical experience in creating and executing manual and automated test cases

Experience or strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in modern software development environments is considered an advantage

Knowledge of AWS or cloud-based environments is a strong plus
Solid technical background with the ability to:
- Participate in in-depth technical discussions with developers
- Review, evaluate, and challenge integration testing solutions
- Analyze software design documentation and assess the impact of system changes
