For an outstanding product company, we are looking for a Team Lead - JS Team
Lead a team of software developers, QAs for the consistent delivery of high-quality software
Deliver consistent delivery of high-quality software
Collaborate with the product owner in managing the team backlog
Proactively help for the development of team members
Be an example of excellence and create a self-organizing team
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures and processes
Monitor team performance and take actions to improve it where and when needed
Recognize accomplishments and achievements
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on, non-managerial development experience in commercial web-based software products
2+ years of experience as a line manager of 3+ people
2+ years of experience and understanding of Agile software development
principles and their applicability, advantages, and disadvantages in
different scenarios
2+ years of experience with React and/or Node.JS
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Very good written and spoken English
Experience with Git or another DVCS
Advantage - Experience with TypeScript
Guidance and on-boarding will be provided.
Regular Bulgarian working hours with flexible time.
Excellent social package.
