For an outstanding product company, we are looking for a Team Lead - C# Team

Lead a team of C# software engineers
Deliver consistent delivery of high-quality software
Collaborate with the product owner in managing the team backlog
Proactively help for the development of team members
Be an example of excellence and create a self-organizing team
Recognize accomplishments and achievements

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a line manager of at least 2-3 people
4+ years of experience developing commercial software products or web-based software products
Good knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles
Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases
Knowledge/Experience with SOA / micro-services and developing of performant & scalable applications
Experience with several of the following: .NET Core, C#, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Experience with Git or another DVCS
Very good written and spoken English
Familiarity with Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket

Advantage - Experience with some of the following: Docker and Kubernetes, Kafka



Guidance and on-boarding will be provided.
