Revenue.AI combines Big Data and Artificial Intelligence to create a smart “Digital Assistant” capable of dramatically enhancing Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives in organizations of any size. This job is about turning (big) data into actionable knowledge, which requires coordinating a team blend of scientific, problem solving, analytical, technical, and communication skills.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering or data science-related knowledge.
• Knowledge in Project management tools- JIRA, Trello, etc.
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in software development methodologies and with a focus on BI or Data Science projects.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of different BI tools( Tableau, Power BI etc) .
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Someone who can work with a leader that has a lot of big ideas but needs a counterpoint to take them and move them into actionable items – see the big picture and then break down into tactical solutions/actions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and can create clarity from it.
• Comfortable driving new businesses and platforms.
• Able to effectively read people – strong emotional intelligence.
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders and building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
