Our client is an innovative global IT and BPO services, solutions and product provider and it's one of the fastest growing technology companies. Currently we are looking for a Bid and Proposal Manager, Public Sector to join its team in Sofia.
As part of the team, the Public Tender Bid and Proposal Manager, Public Sector
will work hand-in-hand with the Sales and technical teams and will facilitate the bid management process, thus ensuring that all proposals and presentations are prepared on time and with the expected quality.
Core Responsibilities:
• Act as Bid Manager for Public sector tenders and assemble a bid team with the relevant business knowledge required to prepare a winning proposal;
• Regular monitoring of Public tenders via electronic portals;
• Facilitate the bid management process, take ownership of the end-to-end bid process and requirements collection;
• Deliver content for Client facing documents, including proposals, pricing sheets, presentations on time and with high quality;
• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, proposals, and other sales activities;
• Support the Sales Team in preparing content for client presentations;
• Support the Sales Team and occasionally attend client meetings, events, and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Very good written and verbal Bulgarian and English language skills;
• Expertise in the Bulgarian Public Procurement Law/Act;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Good organizational skills;
• Good MS Office skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and under strict deadlines;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Quick perception and proactivity;
• Pre-sales /Sales experience in the field of Information and Communication Technology will be considered as an advantage.
