Key responsibilities:
• HR administration;
• Accurate payroll calculation for our clients in the provided payroll system/program;
• Provide payroll information to clients and organization of payroll-related payments;
• Written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties;
• Labor legislation compliance;
• Social security and health insurance compliance;
• Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.
Key requirements:
• University degree in HR, Accounting/Finance or similar;
• 1 – 2 years previous experience with Payroll calculations/HR administration and knowledge of the HR legislation is a serious advantage;
• An excellent level of English language is mandatory;
• Excellent computer literacy (Excell mainly);
• Willingness and ability to work in a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
