What you'll be doing:
- Process mainly outbound calls with business customers for online procurement;
- Advise customers on behalf of the respective company’s client;
- Interact with customers via phone and email;
- Update the respective records in the system of the client;
- Educate customers in using cloud based platform for online procurement;
- In doing the above, follow detailed instructions as outlined in company documents;
- Follow established escalation rules;
- Fluency in German and English;
- Previous customer service or supply chain experience is a strong advantage;
- Team player across boarders;
- Bachelor’s degree or in process of obtaining one;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
