What you will be doing:
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Manage communication with customers via calls, email, and chat;
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Ideally, your skills will include:
- Proficiency in either of the following languages - German, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Czech, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Slovenian, Romanian, Hungarian.
- Very good English language skills;
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills;
- Punctual and precise about deadlines;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
