Customer Support Agent with German / Dutch / Turkish or Finnish

Main responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via various channels;
• Consult clients about the company’s products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
• Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction in the system.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in German / Dutch / Turkish or Finnish;
• Working level of English;
