Eliamos is a next-generation concept 5-star villas & spa Hotel in Kefalonia island, Greece. A boutique establishment already with a stellar reputation for personal service, fabulous facilities, and respect for nature. It is located in a scenic location with stunning views of the Ionian sea, and above a discrete beach, on the island's south coast, 15 minutes from the Kefalonia international airport, and 5 minutes from the Zakynthos ferry pier. Staff is accommodated in tourist apartments with garden or sea view, AC and all modern comforts, 5 minutes from the Hotel.

The property implements and promotes sustainable operations. Our services are tailored for customer enjoyment without overt commercial push, while nature, sun and sea views blend seamlessly into all indoor and outdoor areas of the resort to provide a relaxed, down-to-earth, genuine hospitality experience.

We aim for the highest standards of service, consistent with our Relais & Chateaux international affiliation, one of only six hotels in Greece. We require staff for any period during this season until the end of October, preferably those available to work immediately. For exceptional service staff, we can offer permanent roles every season from April to October after an initial trial period.

You

• have a good command of English, depending on the role you apply for
• are well-groomed, have a cosmopolitan attitude, but willing to learn and follow guidance
• have had some experience in the Hotel or Restaurant sector, preferably in the luxury end, and able to prove it
• believe in the same values ​​​​as we are: caring for other people, protecting the environment, enjoying teamwork
