Before connecting the battery, connect the board to the mobile phone


charging head through the type-c data cable, and check that the four


lights are on in turn to confirm that the module chip functions well.

Measure the prepared battery voltage with a multimeter to ensure that


the battery voltage is between 3.0-4.2V. If the voltage is higher or


lower than this range, the battery may be broken or not suitable for the


battery type.

After ensuring that the battery has no problem, do a good job of static


protection, prepare thick wire for welding, pay attention to the


positive and negative electrodes, and connect the reverse board must


burn.

The charging input can be connected to the charging head through the


type-c interface, or connected to 5V through the blue marked interface


in the figure above. The input current of port C should be greater than


the input current of the welding interface (the input battery terminal


of port C can be charged for 3A, and the maximum input battery terminal

The battery can only be connected in parallel (the number of parallel


connection is unlimited), and cannot be connected in series. The main


board will be burned if connected in series.




The wire connected to the battery outside the main board should be able


to withstand a current of more than 6A, and at least use copper wire of


more than 0.9 square meters, while the common wire should use 1.5


square meters. It is not necessary to be too thick, but it cannot be too


thin. Too thin will have potential safety hazards. (Because the battery


terminal current is high)




The motherboard is equipped with a protective chip, and the battery


does not need to be equipped with a protective board. Unless your


protective board can pass a current of more than 6A, if you have a


protective board, please remove it and connect it directly to our


motherboard. (Because the built-in device can't be over-current, it can


be protected as soon as the output power is large)




Please don't charge your mobile phone and ask why. In short, you can't


use it this way. The mobile phone that needs to be charged must be


welded and welded (improper operation will cause the main board to break


down, how can the main board not be charged quickly, how can the main


board be powered off and restarted, etc., please operate according to


the requirements)




3.7V/4.2V 18650/polymer/ternary lithium battery can be used for the


battery. Large monomer can be used, and multiple 18650 batteries can


also be connected in parallel. Ferrolithium batteries, disposable dry


batteries, nickel-hydrogen, lead-acid batteries, nickel-cadmium


batteries, etc. cannot be used. The battery cannot be connected in


series.




All power supplies will generate heat, which is the common sense of


electronics. Everyone's products are the same. If they do not generate


heat, the current will not be limited to 2.4A. It is not very good to


make 10A and 100A? The cost and size of the board are here. This module


uses mainstream chips from large manufacturers, with good efficiency and


performance. It is safe to use.


How to judge the quality of a module:


1.


After receiving the module, do not connect the battery, directly plug


in the charging wire 5V, wait for 10 seconds, and then the four lights


will light up, and the last light will flash.

2 Use a multimeter to measure the positive and negative poles at the battery end. The normal voltage is about 4.2V.

3. All the above are normal, indicating that the module is in good condition, otherwise it is damaged.
