Customer Retention Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team targeting international B2C customers. Your main responsibility will be to engage with existing customers, ensuring they remain active and engaged with our services. You will promote current campaigns, reactivate dormant users, and launch targeted campaigns to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.
You will identify and launch targeted campaigns for specific customer segments to boost engagement. Proactively engaging with existing customers, primarily via live chat, you will promote ongoing offers and incentives. Additionally, customers who are considering discontinuing our services will be redirected to you, allowing you to re-engage and convert them back into active users.
If you are passionate about customer engagement, enjoy sales-driven conversations, and have experience in online services, this role is for you!
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer retention, sales, account management and/or digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in English (fluency preferred).
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement and sales.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior and tailor offers accordingly.
