You will be supporting one of our largest Client’s Customers while having great conversations. If you have a positive attitude, patience, strong computer skills, and the ability to solve problems, we want you!
Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives with solid English to join our team.
Our hybrid model is defined as minimum of 2 days per week working from the office and maximum 3 days remotely. Working hours are Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 23:00h.

- Providing customer support services via telephone;
- Focusing on customers’ needs and offering the best solution;
- Resolving issues while providing the best services and products for our customers’ experience;
- Maximising all revenue opportunities in communications with customers.
To join our team, you need:
- To be 18 years of age or older;
- Good communication skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Good command of English language;
- Basic computer literacy;
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure;
- Willingness to learn, develop and improve;
- Previous experience in Customer Service is considered a strong advantage but is not a requirement.

- Fully paid Induction Training and ongoing development, support, and mentorship.
