We are looking for a Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations;
Travel and Logistics Arrangements: Organize travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, while preparing detailed itineraries;
Communication Management: Manage emails and phone calls, filter communications, and ensure relevant information is conveyed promptly;
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, maintain databases, conduct research, and provide information as required;
Personal Errands: Handle personal tasks and errands, as needed;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Office Manager, Facility Manager, and Human Resources team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels;
High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality;
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an efficient and structured workflow;
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and SAP;
Higher educational degree is considered an advantage.
